Yes, we offer multiple color choices for high chair cushions, backrests, and tray covers. However, we don’t offer color options for our hardware parts, which include tray covers, chair leg caps, safety harnesses, and brackets. The multiple color options enable you to match the high chair to your home’s aesthetic or according to your personal preferences. Our high chair tray hardware comes in the default color as provided in the original high chair.

Absolutely! All replacement parts and accessories are designed and tested to meet the same safety standards as the original components. They are rigorously tested to ensure they are safe and reliable for everyday use.

You should replace your high chair parts and accessories in a few situations. If the accessories in your high chair become damaged or worn out, it’s time to replace them. Beyond Junior High Chair - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

We received our natural wood and olive high chair and the cushions had been damaged from straps and pressure from storage and shipping. I contacted support and asked for assistance. They responded within 3 hours and set me up with a replacement backrest and seat cushion. I even asked for a different color (white/cream instead of olive) and Abbie obliged! As a follow-up email, they sent me instructions on how to remove some of the indentions using a hair dryer. It worked very well. We now have 2 sets of cushions and I feel like a winner. The quality of the chair is exceptional and the availability of replacement parts is phenomenal. Good company and a great product. Worth every penny.

Easiest part to clean

Doing its job. Wasn’t planning to feed my baby’s food directly on the plastic but sometimes I have to because he would take the bowl and dump the food unintentionally. Had to get first one replace due to a crack. Customer service helped with that

Great purchase!

I am very happy with this chair. I did a lot of research until finally I decided on this chair. I had previously bought another one, which I returned bc it seemed that it would not be easy to clean. This chair meets all my needs, it’s not plastic, very much easy to clean, comfortable for my child, very attractive, and it is adjustable as my baby grows. I ended up getting a second one to have at my mother’s house. The plastic tray comes off and it can be washed with ease. The one thing I’d like to see changed is the size of the tray, I wish it were a bit larger. But overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase and I would recommend it to anyone.

I've had the High Chair for my grandchildrenfor less than a year, but the plastic tray was cracked. I immediately called the company and sent them a picture, and literally within days I had a replacement tray. Very impressed with their customer service, and their prompt response. I love the high chair.

Replacement fit perfectly

I ordered the plastic replacement tray cover for my son’s high chair because I had dropped it a few too many times trying to do things with one hand (oops!). It fit perfectly and looks so good. Great tray cover!

We recently broke our tray cover that came with the beyond junior Y high chair and I was excited to see there was an option for one without a cup holder! This is fantastic and feels/looks great.

Solved all my plate issues!

I brag about the excellence of the Abbie beyond high chair to everyone I know, but with one caveat, that the typically available silicone “no spill” dishes do not fit on the standard tray. It took me forever to find ones that did and I made it work. But now with the wide surface tray all my preferred dishes fit. I wish this was the standard option.

The best way to clean the harness is to hand wash it. Soak it in warm water first and rinse with tap water. Wipe it with a kitchen towel and let air dry until no longer moist. Time to dry depends on room temperature.

Secure Straps

These straps aren't the easiest to install, but are otherwise great. It is nice to have the flexibility to move from a 5 point harness to a 3 point harness as your child grows. My favorite feature is how you can twist the straps to get them untangled without unbuckling them.

Aibee High Chair

We love these high chairs and the ease of the straps. We have several of these chairs in our pediatric feeding clinics and love them! As a therapist working with children with developmental differences, I love the additional support this chair provides. My only request would be that the foot rest was 2 inches longer. Lots of my little ones kick their feet off the foot rest but don't have the core strength to bring their feet back onto the rest. Thanks Aibee!

The best way to clean the harness is to hand wash it. Soak it in warm water first and rinse with tap water. Wipe it with a kitchen towel and let air dry until no longer moist. Time to dry depends on room temperature.

Quick fix!

The bracket on my son’s Abiie Beyond Junior chair broke not due to any failure of the chair itself. We ordered the bracket and it was in our mailbox in just a couple days. We were back in business! My son is 3 1/2 and it’s still his favorite chair!

Baby High Chair

It is a very well made high chair, but the plastic tray brackets have both broken. An upgrade to possibly aluminum or another material may be a possible improvement. All said, we do love the chair and it is very easy to use and clean.

5 Years Later…

We purchased our Abiie high chair in 2018 for our first daughter. Height wise, she was above the bell curve. We were so grateful how easy it was to transition the high chair with her growth. Plus it was so easy to clean. When little sis arrived in 2021, she started using the high chair at 6 months old and still at age two uses it daily. We love how sturdy this is, ability to clean it easily and how well this has lasted for five years. Recently we accidentally broke the side brackets. A quick call and email to customer service and within the same week we received the replacement part! Highly recommend this high chair.
