No, you do not need shoulder pads. However, they can be beneficial for preventing chafing and increasing comfort during longer mealtimes.

We recommend hand-washing your straps at Abiie®. You can lay flat or hang to dry.

Their harness should fit snug but not too tight. The shoulder straps should be positioned over their shoulders, the waist straps below their waist, and the bottom strap securely in place.
