- Upon receipt of the box, you will be directed to a step by step video assembly guide. Assembly should take no longer than 15 minutes.

I could not recommend Abiie's customer service more. I had an issue with my order which took some back and forth to resolve, including Abiie needing to work with a third party. Throughout, Abiie staff communicated clearly and politely. One way I felt they showed superlative service was how they emailed me even just to tell me that they had not heard anything from the third party but they were working it. If you've ever had an issue with something, you know that a communication black hole is frustrating. Not so with Abiie! Great service, great products, happy families.

After doing lots of research I'm really happy we went with the Abiie high chair! The design for the price is unmatched. The only things I would change is a slightly bigger tray with one handed release.

Especially if you're thinking of doing baby-led weaning, investing in a high quality high chair is important for safety with eating. After looking online and reviewing for hours, I decided to go with the Abiie which is highly recommended by localy OT's in my area. The only downsides are: the foot rest does not meet my six month old (a couple of books adds the extra bit of high) and I require a little hand towel rolled behind their back to get them to sit up perfectly straight. Even with these modifications it is still a lot more safe than most high chairs out there which have very few safety requirements.

1. Why use silicone plates?
Silicone is the same exact material used to create the tops of sippy cups and the nipples of baby bottles. Silicone is not only safer when compared with plastic but also it is long lasting, stationary, and versatile.
2. When is a child ready to start using one of Abiie’s frog plates?
Your child will likely be ready to use one of our suction dishes at 6 months old. At this age, babies should have good neck and head control. They should also be able to sit up with support or alone, as well as bring items to their mouths.
3. What foods should not be given to a child using a silicone plate for the first time?
Foods that you should avoid giving your child on a plate include peanut butter chunks, popcorn, grapes, raw carrots, seeds, nuts, candy, and hot dogs. These all may pose choking hazards.

I ordered the blue Octopod for my grandson. I love the suction to the bottom of the dish. I also bought the black high chair for him. He is 9 months old and seems to love the dish. The BEST part was he couldn’t throw it in the floor! Will definitely recommend to others!

Bought the lidded silicone suction bowl & the frog dish for my grandbaby, Jake's, first dishes here at grandma's house. These are an awesome improvement to the dishes I used with his dad, my son, 35 yeas ago. They stay put & dont slip & slide on highchair tray as Jake learns to scoop & feed himself. Love them, ordering another set of each for him to use at home.
