- Upon receipt of the box, you will be directed to a step by step video assembly guide. Assembly should take no longer than 15 minutes.

- Do not use bleach, spray, or wipes on the pad or plastic parts.
- Always dry the metal parts to prevent the formation of rust if the product has come into contact with water.
- All wooden high chair parts are not meant to be submerged in water, placed in the dishwasher, or placed under running water.
- Periodically check the product for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause the wood surface color to fade and the plastic parts to wear.

We got our first chair back in 2021 for our first kiddo and since it's convertible, they're still using it at 3! We registered for another one when our second kiddo was coming and it's been so great. They can sit next to each other at the same height and they both actually fit perfectly with our table as well, so transitioning to family dinner hasn't been hard at all. We've had adults sit in them by accident as well and not have any problems. Great stuff, and great customer service as well!

We LOVE our high chair! We previously had a fold up chair that we chose because it "saved space" but it was so cumbersome to fold up and store away multiple times a day. We love this chair for its small and sturdy footprint - its the perfect size to fit as another chair at our table. The ability to adjust and grow with our child are very exciting to us and its been easy to do so already. I could not recommend Abiie's customer service more. I had an issue with my order which took some back and forth to resolve, including Abiie needing to work with a third party. Throughout, Abiie staff communicated clearly and politely. One way I felt they showed superlative service was how they emailed me even just to tell me that they had not heard anything from the third party but they were working it. If you've ever had an issue with something, you know that a communication black hole is frustrating. Not so with Abiie! Great service, great products, happy families.
